Ulta’s 21 Days of Beauty Cruelty Free Items On Sale & My Wish List

Ulta’s Spring 2018 21 Days of Beauty starts today and it’s a great time to stock up on some beauty staples or try new items at a discounted rate. Ulta is my preferred beauty shopping destination because of their Ultimate Rewards membership card. It’s completely free! You earn points for every dollar spent in store and online. The best part of the program is that you earn cash back to spend on future purchases. If you’re a Platinum or Diamond level member, you earn 25% more (Platinum) and 50% more (Diamond) points faster. If you have an Ultimate Rewards Credit Card, you earn 2x the points on every $1 spent on top of that. If you’re a frequent visitor of the store, then points add up quickly. I like to save my points until I have $50-$100+ in cash to spend on an expensive item I’ve had my eye on. Because this reward system has such great benefits, I personally think it’s far superior to Sephora’s V.I.B. and V.I.B. Rouge program which only gives back sample size products or extremely limited full-size and/or special items.

In an effort to make your shopping as easy as possible, I’ve curated the below-referenced list of cruelty-free items available during this sale.

Notes in pink are what is going on my wish list and that I’ll most likely be picking up.

March 18th

I’m a big fan of Tarte mascaras. On sale, I think it’s definitely worth the price. I have already picked this one up. I purchased this through the Ulta app and received free shipping for getting this item.

I enjoy a lot of PƜR’s products. I’ve had some great experiences with their skin care, brushes, and eye shadows. While I haven’t been keen on their spray and liquid foundations, I am curious about this product. It claims to correct, smooth, balance, and plump for younger, flawless skin.

ā€‹I’ve heard really great things about this Primer Water. I would really like to give this one a try!

March 22nd

This is the year of lip gloss and it is said that Buxom has one of the nicest formulas on the market. I’m particularly interested in the shade Dolly.

I’d like to give the Opals Hi-Lite Palette a try from this 100% vegan brand.

March 31st is going to be a big day for me. I’ve going to pick one of everything listed above. ABH’s Brow Wiz is my favorite brow product on the market. Mario Badescu has recently been added to Logical Harmony’s CF Brand List, so I’m super excited to try their skin treats. Ofra is 100% vegan brand that I’d like to try more of. I only have their Rodeo Drive Highlighter in my collection and I absolutely love it. The Banana Powder sounds great for blurring and setting the under-eye area.

April 1st

Dose of Colors is an amazing CF brand and they have beautiful eye shadows. I love the Blushing Berries Eyeshadow Palette and am really looking forward to picking this palette up to add to my collection. It’s such a nice break from the warm tone palettes out there.

April 2nd

I’ve been getting into shimmers, glitters, and glazes more and more for my eyes. The more shimmer the better! butter London is a super cute brand that I’ve been using since I started getting into nail polish and makeup, so I may just pick one or two of these up.

Skyn Iceland is a 100% vegan brand. I’ve tried their Face-Lift-In-A-Bag and Pure Pore Minimizer with some great results. This product is supposed to be cooling and fight signs of stress and fatigue – sign me up!

April 6th

April 7th

Another high-end mascara at a much more affordable price. This mascara dries out very quickly, so I only get 4 weeks of use out of it, but I think it’s worth it at the discounted rate.

The sale lasts from March 18th through April 7th. Full details can be found on Ulta’s website.

I created this site to show that anyone can make a difference, big or small, by the purchases they make. Saving animals and playing with makeup is just really cool, too.
